BRX Do-More Pluggable Option Modules (POM)
All BRX PLC units come with a receptacle for a user-selectable Pluggable Option Module (POM). These hot-swappable POMs can provide an additional serial, Ethernet or USB port for on-demand networking modifications to meet the changing needs of industrial applications.
For example, you can configure the system to use the RJ45 Ethernet port POM to talk with a C-more panel. Then using the USB POM from the program cable assembly, you can hot swap to the USB POM for programming. When programming is complete you can hot swap back to the Ethernet POM without needing to power cycle or reconfigure the system.

Eight POM modules are available and are hot swappable, giving you the ability to configure the system for different communication needs.
