Sales and customer support role as first point of contact for engineers, system integrators and OEMs. Product selection and pre-sales advice, troubleshooting and technical support. Working closely with customers. This is not a scripted support role. Each enquiry involves a different setup and application, making the position well suited to someone who is drawn to the troubleshooting and problem-solving side of the work.
IIOT Sales/ Support

Sales and customer support role for IIoT-related hardware, software and applications. Knowledge of MES, SCADA, OPC and IT protocols as well as OT configurations to support customer projects. Training in Kepware products provided.
